Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with Meta Ads & Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (Digital marketing / Ecommerce experience is a plus) Proven experience in Social Media Analytics, Reporting of Social Media Data Ability to assess the impact of spending, analyze data, and derive actionable insights & recommendations. Ability to understand metrics across the funnel like Reach, Impressions, CPM, CPV, CTR. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Planning & Executing Ads on Meta Working closely with the Content Team, to assess and define objectives and execute ads to meet said objectives & targets. This includes setting up, monitoring, and adjusting campaigns within Meta Ads Manager, ensuring that budgets are optimized, and targeting strategies are aligned with content marketing goals Monthly Mapping of Competition & Trends Tracking Conducting a thorough Competitive Analysis across Beauty + Fashion, while also identifying key trends, consumer behavior shifts, and innovations that could enhance companys Content Marketing. This would be a cross-functional part of the role, which would ensure you work with teams across Social, SEO, and Site. Data & Reporting for Meta You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and reporting key performance data for all Meta-based advertising campaigns as well as supporting organic performance data.
