Senior Executive- Legal (Compliance)

The role involves supporting compliance initiatives and assist in implementation of compliance programs, policies and procedures

  1. Gathering data, conducting legal research and contribute to overall maintenance of ethical culture.
  2. Undergo detailed study and maintain a playbook on changes and market trends for regulatory laws and guidelines in relation to Anti-corruption and anti -bribery globally where the Company has presence.
  3. Managing and assisting the gifts and entertainment registry in adherence with code of conduct and anti-bribery policies.
  4. Assisting in processes and database in relation to third party due diligence and supplier governance programs.
  5. Support in development and delivery of compliance training material to employees with continued training and education.
  6. Assist in enhancing processes in relation to inhouse legal policies.
  7. Assist in maintaining compliance database and ethics hotline repository.

 

Skills and Qualification

Bachelor of Laws or equivalent degree

1.Basic understanding of employment laws and ethical standards

2. Good drafting skills and ability to effectively conduct research

2.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

3. Detail oriented- Ability to pay close attention to detail and maintain accurate records

4.Collaboration- Ability to work effectively with others
