As a Senior Executive in Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing HR operations and maintaining employee records in the region. Your primary goal is to ensure error-free execution of HR functions and uphold compliance with corporate guidelines. Your key responsibilities will include conducting HR operations in alignment with corporate HR directives, managing and updating employee personnel files, maintaining HRIS data with accurate employee information, overseeing the full and final settlement process for attrited employees, addressing employee queries in a timely manner, and facilitating the issuance of various certificates as requested. Additionally, you will be accountable for preparing tax proofs, administering benefits and reimbursements, and ensuring availability of information for internal and statutory audits. Your performance will be measured based on the completion of functional activities, accuracy of HRIS data, timely response to employee queries, adherence to audit and compliance standards, and fostering a performance-driven culture within the organization.
