Job Description
You should possess a PG / MBA in HR (Full time MBA) with 5 - 6 years of relevant experiences in handling HR core functional areas independently. Your role will require excellent people management skills, being target-oriented, dynamic, positive, and proactive. Proficiency in English is essential, particularly in communication, active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. A sound understanding and exposure to Compliance and labor Laws is also necessary. Your age should be within 30 years. Your responsibilities will include managing HR functions throughout the employee life cycle, such as Talent Acquisition (end-to-end recruitment within TAT), HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Grievance handling, and disciplinary action in line with policy and Statutory Compliance.
