Role Overview As the Global Key Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving the companys international growth. This position requires a hands-on, versatile leader who can develop strong relationships with international distributors and manage logistics. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities and an eye to detail. Key Responsibilities Communicate with distributors, retail partners, and clients Maintain relationships and coordinate on day-to-day matters Address region-specific issues and follow up internally as needed Manage shipments and related documentation Resolve any issues related to delivery, paperwork, or transit Help localize packaging and marketing materials Assist in outreach efforts and trade show participation Share feedback from international partners with the product team Coordinate product testing and certification where required Youre a good fit if you: Are a self-starter and interested in a role with cross-functional exposure Possess excellent written and oral communication skills; able to present to all levels within the organization as well as customers.
