Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled finance professional to join our growing organization focused FMCG Domain, Pharma, or Food Manufacturing sectors who can Join within 30 days. Experience: 58 years of experience in a finance reporting / controlling functions inFMCG, Pharma, Food manufacturing businesses. The ideal candidate should bring strong financial and business acumen and be capable of setting up and leading core finance functions to support the company through its growth phase. Key Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Accounting Develop and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Maintain accurate books of accounts and prepare financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. Business Planning & Analysis Prepare business plans, budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Maintain dashboards and MIS with key business and financial KPIs to aid decision-making. Conduct profitability analysis by geography, customer, and product lines. Cost Accounting & Inventory Management Build and maintain detailed cost sheets, COGS analysis, and product-level P&Ls. Implement processes for inventory accounting and revenue recognition. Compliance & Operational Finance Manage audits, tax compliance (TDS, GST, Income Tax), and banking operations. Ensure effective cash management and smooth business operations. Systems & Controls Lead or support ERP implementation projects across finance functions. Evaluate capital expenditure (CAPEX) proposals. Define and implement SOPs for financial controls. Provide actionable financial insights to leadership for strategic decisions. Legal & Fundraising Support Assist with commercial contracts, corporate legal compliance, and documentation for equity transactions. Support fundraising initiatives including debt, equity, grants, and subsidies. Qualifications Advanced degree in Accounting or Chartered Accountant (CA) 58 years of relevant experience in finance/reporting roles, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, or Food Manufacturing sectors Key Skills Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in cost accounting, budgeting, and revenue recognition Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) Experience in ERP systems implementation or usage Strong communication and organizational abilities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Application Question(s): What is your Current CTC What is your Expected CTC What is your Notice Period Work Location: In person,
