Job Title: Ab Initio Lead Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Pune. Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 10+ Years Position Type: Lead / Senior Developer Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ab Initio Lead with over 10 years of hands-on experience in Ab Initio ETL development. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise, leadership qualities, and the ability to guide teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. This role involves end-to-end ownership of data integration and ETL processes using Ab Initio tools. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ETL solutions using Ab Initio (GDE, EME, Co>Operating System, and related components). Work closely with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable data pipelines. Optimize performance of ETL jobs and troubleshoot data issues in large-scale production environments. Lead a team of Ab Initio developers and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices. Manage code reviews, performance tuning, and deployment activities. Ensure high levels of data quality and integrity through effective testing and validation procedures. Work with DevOps and infrastructure teams to support deployments and release management. Required Skills: 10+ years of hands-on experience with Ab Initio development (GDE, EME, Conduct>It, Co>Operating System, Continuous Flows, etc.). Strong experience in data warehousing concepts and ETL design patterns. Expertise in performance tuning and handling large volumes of data. Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and metadata management. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to lead and mentor a team of developers effectively.,
