Job Description: Team Lead for AV Field Operations Role Overview : Lead and oversee AV field projects, ensuring smooth execution of installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Coordinate with clients and teams to deliver quality AV solutions. Key Responsibilities : Supervise AV field technicians and manage daily assignments. Ensure timely setup, configuration, and testing of AV systems. Coordinate with clients for on-site requirements and feedback. Maintain inventory and ensure compliance with safety standards. Provide hands-on support for complex technical issues. Requirements : Proven experience in AV operations, team management skills, and technical expertise with AV equipment and software. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Required Certifications : CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) AVIXA Certification (Preferred) Crestron/Extron/AMX Programming Certifications (Optional but beneficial) Experience : 5+ years in AV installation or fieldwork, with leadership experience preferred.,
