Job Description
As part of product transfers of a product line being relocated from one site to another, you will play a key role in shaping the process development. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all activities are carried out and documented in compliance with Stryker procedures. This will involve coordinating with both internal and external partners, addressing technical challenges, and implementing efficient manufacturing and testing strategies within a highly technical environment. Your contributions will be instrumental in achieving short transfer times through the application of innovative problem-solving methods and the continuous development and optimization of manufacturing processes. Working as a process engineer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, international project teams, and process experts. Additionally, you will actively participate in the development of PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and PPAP associated with product transfers, as well as conduct capability and MSA studies for in-process inspection and generate related inspection documentation. To excel in this role, you should hold an engineering degree in a relevant field such as automation technology, process engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, medical technology, industrial engineering, biotechnology, or similar. Ideally, you will have 7 or more years of professional experience in process development and/or optimization. Effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential qualities for success in this position. Your enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented team environment, along with excellent interpersonal skills to engage with multidisciplinary teams, will be crucial. Strong analytical abilities, effective task planning, organization, and implementation skills are also required. Preferred qualifications include a good understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, product and process design, as well as the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing. Experience in an FDA regulated or a regulated industry would be advantageous. Additionally, occasional travel for business purposes will be part of the role.,
