Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution: Lead civil construction activities, including foundations, structures, and site development. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental guidelines. Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors for timely execution of civil works. Site Supervision & Inspection: Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and resolve technical issues. Budget & Resource Optimization: Manage cost control, procurement, and resource allocation for civil projects. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of construction activities, approvals, and compliance reports. Team Leadership & Development: Mentor junior engineers and site supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.,
