Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead and manage complex infrastructure projects from conception through to completion. This role involves overseeing design, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing project budgets and schedules, and mentoring junior engineers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects. Key Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines. Team Management: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met. Site Supervision: Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred. Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on infrastructure projects. Proven track record of successfully managing and completing large-scale projects. Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards. Location - Tumba, Kerala ( ISRO Project ) / Pan India Competitive salary as per market standards.
