Job Description
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer, you will play a key role in evaluating and improving existing manufacturing processes and workflows. Your responsibilities will include applying your knowledge of product design and assembly to enhance the manufacturing process. You will be tasked with creating processes and procedures to align with budgetary goals and performance quotas. Additionally, you will collaborate with the creative team to design and develop new products and product mock-ups. Participation in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings will be essential to ensure effective collaboration and cohesion. Your expertise will be crucial in establishing an efficient work sequence and devising innovative solutions to existing manufacturing challenges. Furthermore, you will be responsible for developing standardized design criteria across all product lines. To qualify for this role, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering and possess 2-3 years of design and quality control experience in product manufacturing. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required, along with a history of progressive responsibility. Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office programs is necessary, and experience with CAD programs would be advantageous.,
