Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Senior Education Counsellor with a passion for education to join our sales team. As a Senior Education Counsellor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of courses to individual learners and institutions. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, recommending appropriate learning solutions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets for courses.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and online demonstrations to showcase the value of our courses.
• Consultative Selling: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses and learning paths to meet their needs.
• Product Expertise: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our culinary courses, features, benefits, and competitive advantages.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech industry. Experience in selling different courses or related products is a strong asset.
• Knowledge: Passion of understanding of educational technologies and online learning platforms.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
