Job Description
As the SD of Technology Growth Marketing at Cognizant, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness for our technology capabilities and spearheading the origination of new opportunities for our Software and Platform Engineering Service Line. Your influence will be immediate, serving as a catalyst in merging messaging, positioning, branding, and capability-awareness generation. Your responsibilities will include developing marketing strategies closely aligned with service line leadership for key technology areas such as AI, Data and Analytics, Cloud, and IoT. It is crucial to maintain a deep understanding of technology advancements, buyer personas, our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, and competitive dynamics, positioning yourself as the primary marketing partner for the service line leadership team. You will be tasked with creating and leading globally coordinated go-to-market plans for Cognizant SPE's key offerings, from strategic messaging to compelling content and executive events that differentiate in a competitive marketplace. Additionally, you will guide content strategy and thought leadership initiatives across digital and experiential platforms to captivate audiences while highlighting our uniqueness. In this role, you will identify innovative methods to package content and engage diverse buyer personas, taking ownership of website content across all technology verticals worldwide. By devising integrated marketing programs and optimizing investments in key technology areas, you will collaborate with regional and vertical field marketing teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding and awareness of service line offerings. Your role will also involve leading the introduction of new products and services in collaboration with product teams and other marketing functions like Branding, Communications, Web, PR, and Social. Keeping abreast of market trends and competitive intelligence in technology shifts and evolving client adoption patterns will be essential to continually refine our narrative and simplify messaging. Your success will be gauged by your ability to comprehend business objectives, refine messaging, and leverage the appropriate marketing strategies to accelerate pipeline growth, ultimately supporting our sales teams in securing victories.,
