Bloom Energy is seeking a Senior Director of System Integration to join the team in Mumbai, reporting to the VP, Engineering in San Jose, California. **Role And Responsibilities:** - Build and lead a Systems Integration organization focusing on integrating Mechanical, Thermal, and Process Engineering. - Integrate solutions across Blooms portfolio including Carbon Capture, CHP, Hydrogen & Marine. - Oversee the design and development of mechanical, thermal, and process projects to advance Bloom Integrated energy solutions. - Provide visionary leadership, hire a team of engineers, and drive continuous improvement efforts. - Attract, develop, and retain top engineering talent, manage a team, and set strategic goals aligning with the company's mission. - Implement best practices, process improvements, and performance metrics to ensure efficient operations. - Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, suppliers, and partners. - Travel internationally to the USA, Europe, and Asia Pacific. **Skills And Experience:** - Extensive experience in systems engineering and leadership roles with expertise in Mechanical, Thermal, and Process Engineering. - Proven track record of building and leading an engineering center of excellence. - Strong knowledge of mechanical, structural, process, and thermal engineering principles. - Proficiency in simulation tools, Finite Element Analysis, and validation methodologies. - Advanced degree in mechanical, chemical, or systems engineering preferred.
