## About the Role We're seeking a visionary Senior Digital Product Designer to lead our product development efforts from concept to launch. In this role, you'll combine your creative design skills with strategic thinking and technical knowledge to shape innovative digital products that delight users and drive business growth. ## Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end product design process, from ideation and user research to prototyping and final implementation- Manage and mentor a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and business stakeholders Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation ## Qualifications 4+ years of experience in digital product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your work Proven track record of managing complex projects and leading design teams Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles, interaction design, and information architecture Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) Strong technical background, including knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design implementation Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies Excellent communication and presentation skills ## Technical Skills Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) Understanding of API design and RESTful principles Knowledge of design for accessibility and web standards Experience with data visualization and dashboard design ## Soft Skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills Ability to balance user needs with business goals Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies If you're passionate about creating exceptional digital products and have the technical acumen to bring them to life, we want to hear from you!,
