This role will help bridge the chasm and shift the focus towards domain data as product.
The successful candidate will join a high performing team who are distributed across our three
development centers – Copenhagen, Gurugram and Amsterdam – and will have the opportunity to
collaborate with and learn from renowned technical specialists. Working as part of FRT Solutions team,
the individual must be driven, passionate about technology and display a level of customer service that

Your Profile

? You will be Supporting Product Owners by utilizing collaborative techniques and communication
strategies for efficient backlog management.
? Facilitate right level of communication, collaboration & information exchange between external
groups & project teams to have timely feedbacks and drive culture of agility and learning
? Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing
? Provide direction to project activities to ensure successful implementation and support
? Promote continuous improvement and help teams to increase productivity
? Assist in defining and deploying new product development processes and in facilitating the
continuous improvement of existing processes
? Work with senior leaders to define strategies & roadmaps for transitioning to Lean-Agile practices

Mandatory Skills
? Should have 4-6 years’ experience Apptio Developer specifically for Cost Transparency and
Planning.
? Understanding of Technology Business Management alongside working experience with TBM
Model to maintain Cost Transparency and Bill of IT.
? Strong working knowledge of technical engineering best practices including behaviour driven
development, test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps.
? Good understanding of organization financial planning and management.
? Strong skills in data extraction , transformation and load.
? Good working experience of data modelling and data lineage.
? Must be able to facilitate tough discussion and facilitate alternatives or different approaches
? Maintaining an environment within the teams where problems can be raised without fear of blame,
retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving
? Excellent written & verbal communication skills; a seasoned collaborator

Desirable Skills
? Skilled at working with large data sets, quickly detecting and resolving data related issues.
? Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with QA, Business & Application
support teams.
? Knowledge of Oracle and any other RDBMS is a plus.
? Experience in handling projects of Finance/Investment banking domain is preferred.
? Good in gauging Emotional Intelligence, need the ability to recognize and address behaviours that
are counterproductive to the team dynamic
