Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in MS SQL Server / Oracle / PostgreSQL development

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in writing complex Stored Procedures and SQL Queries
• Hands-on experience in performance tuning of complex Stored Procedures, Stored Functions and SQL Queries
• Strong command of Dynamic SQL, Table Type Variables and Temporary Tables
• Good Knowledge in JSON Handling in Database
• Proven ability to work with large and complex relational database systems

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Solid understanding of software development life cycle and database design principles
• Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Experience in prioritizing tasks, handling escalations, and collaborating with distributed teams
• Comfortable coordinating with onsite stakeholders for requirements gathering and delivery
• Willingness to work extended hours when needed

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Exposure to NoSQL, Vector Databases and Graph Databases with a willingness to learn new technologies
• 1-2 years of experience leading a small development team or mentoring junior developers

Roles && Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain relational database systems for high-performance applications
• Write and optimize complex queries and stored procedures
• Participate in database design, data warehouse structuring, and schema optimization
• Work closely with development teams to integrate backend database logic with front-end applications
• Perform query tuning and performance optimization
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing SQL code or database structures
• Document database structures, procedures, and configuration changes clearly and accurately
