Responsibilities: Strategy & implementation Tracks the progress of the implementation of the group data strategy by assessing the progress of Data Maturity and Data Fitness (data quality and availability). Tracks the creation and updating of the AZS Data Value plan. Data Governance and Steering Supports the creation, update and implementation of the Data Artifacts such as the AZS Business Glossary, Data Catalog and Data Lineage. Supports the Data (Process) Stewards in their day-to-day work with data expertise in all Data Domains, and ensures the onboarding of Data Stewards and Data Process Stewards to the Data initiatives. Data Quality Supports the implementation of the Data Quality Assurance process. Supports the steering of the implementation of the minimum requirements for Data Operations. Policy compliance Supports assessment and compliance processes: AFRDATA compliance Data Maturity Data Fitness (data quality & availability) DORA compliance EU AI Act compliance Data Architecture Supports the definition of the Data Architecture roadmap and tracks its implementation. Data Culture Supports the implementation of Data Culture initiatives. Qualifications: Relevant bachelors degree in business, IT or a related domain At least 4 years of overall work experience and at least 2 years with experience in the data domain, e.g., in a Data Office Good understanding of data architecture principles, data quality principles and data modelling Ideally relevant work experience with regards to and proper understanding of governance, covering laws and regulations as well as company-internal rules and standards Ideally hands-on experience in operational data roles like data scientist Ideally relevant experience in Allianz in the data domain Strong communication and relationship building skills with a clear team player attitude Strength in effective communication, stakeholder management and interpersonal skills,
