Solely Responsible For Assigned Portfolio. Adherence Of Dialler Calling With Various Dialing Methods. Responsible For Resolution Of Customer Queries/ Complaints Within Tat. Strong Follow-Ups With Customers, Merchant For Continuously Provide Feedback To Central Ops, Credit, Product, Collection And Tech Teams. Preparing Daily / Monthly Mis Reports.

Salary: Rs. 20000 - Rs. 25000

Qualification: Graduate

Location: Andheri East

Work Hours: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM | Monday to Saturday
