We are looking for a talented Senior CRM Developer with strong Salesforce development experience and a solid foundation in Business Intelligence (BI) to join our growing team. Job Description: As a Senior CRM Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing our Salesforce platform while integrating Business Intelligence capabilities to provide insightful, data-driven decision-making tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage your expertise in Salesforce development, and utilize BI technologies to ensure the efficient delivery of customer-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex triggers, workflows, Lightning components, and integrations. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, Flows, process builders, and other Salesforce components. Develop and implement complex solutions that leverage standard Salesforce capabilities and custom development. Integrate Salesforce data with BI platforms, ensuring seamless data flow between systems. Develop and enhance reporting and dashboard capabilities using BI tools, with a focus on actionable insights. Optimize Salesforce processes and configurations for enhanced performance and scalability. Implement data modeling and analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Provide technical expertise and support for Salesforce and BI-related projects. Additional Salesforce and BI certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, App Builder) are a plus. Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, etc.). Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and integration patterns. Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Proven ability to build dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions. Experience with SOQL, SQL, and database management. Familiarity with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and third-party applications. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics. Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, etc.). Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and ETL processes.,
