WEAVE is seeking a dynamic Senior CPQ and Billing Administrator to join our India Team. Our company, with headquarters in Lehi-Utah, United States, is currently expanding its presence in India. This is a full-time position, offering the flexibility of working remotely from any location within India. As a Senior CPQ and Billing Administrator at WEAVE, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and best practices on the SFDC CPQ platform. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their processes, translating requirements into system solutions, configuring SFDC CPQ & Billing solutions, and serving as a liaison between customer stakeholders and the technical team. Additionally, you will be involved in project management activities using an Agile approach. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Business Analysis, SFDC Platform Design, and Implementations. Salesforce Advanced certifications such as CPQ and Salesforce Billing are required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in salesforce.com implementation, proficiency in administrative tasks, and a track record of working with enterprise clients. Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Communities is essential, and familiarity with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a plus. The ideal candidate will also have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, MCA, MSC, or Accounting, along with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ/Billing. Salesforce Admin and Salesforce CPQ advance certification are preferred. Experience in translating customer requirements into business solutions, familiarity with SaaS, and knowledge of related platforms such as Pardot, Docusign/Conga, and Sage Intacct will be beneficial.
