Job Description: Senior Counselor

Number of Positions: 1 (Male/Female)
Salary: 4.2LPA Max
Notice Period:- Immeditae to 30 Days Max
Interview Process:- Face to Face
Experience: 3 to 5 years (as Senior Counselor in Overseas Education or College Admission)
Location: Ahmedabad (with occasional traveling required for seminars)

Position Overview: 
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Counselor to join our organization. The Senior Counselor will be responsible for understanding project campaigns, developing strategies, training counselors, assisting in closing sales, preparing reports, actively participating in counseling activities, and delivering speeches in seminars throughout Gujarat. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a strong background in counseling and sales.

Responsibilities:

Project and Campaign Understanding:

•  Gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization's projects and campaigns.
•  Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to effectively align counseling strategies with project goals.

Strategy Planning:

•  Develop strategic plans and initiatives to achieve project objectives and maximize sales opportunities.
•  Collaborate with the management team to establish effective counseling strategies.

Counselor Training and Plan Execution:

•  Train and mentor counselors to ensure they possess the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively carry out their roles.
•  Provide guidance and support to counselors in executing counseling plans.

Sales Assistance:

•  Assist counselors in closing sales by providing expertise, guidance, and resources.
•  Collaborate with counselors to overcome challenges and objections during the salesprocess.

Preparation of Reports:

•  Prepare regular reports on counseling activities, sales performance, and campaigneffectiveness.
•  Analyze data and provide actionable insights to enhance counseling strategies andoptimize results.

Active Participation in Counseling:

•  Engage in counseling activities by conducting sessions with clients, assessing theirneeds, and providing appropriate guidance and support.

Seminar Speeches throughout Gujarat:

•  Represent the organization by delivering speeches and presentations at seminars, conferences, and industry events throughout Gujarat.
•  Showcase expertise in counseling and promote the organization's services.

Requirements:

•  Proven experience in counseling and sales, preferably in a senior or leadership role.
•  Excellent understanding of project management and campaign development.
•  Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
•  Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
•  Ability to train, motivate, and mentor counselors effectively.
•  Proficiency in preparing reports and analyzing data.
•  Willingness to actively participate in counseling activities and engage with clients.
•  Public speaking and presentation skills for delivering speeches in seminars.
•  Flexibility to travel throughout Gujarat for seminar engagements.
