Job Description
As a Senior Counsellor / Counsellor at Nayanta University, your primary role is to provide essential socio-emotional support to students, staff, and faculty. With a minimum of 5 years of counselling experience, preferably in educational institutions, you will play a crucial part in fostering a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can feel heard and empowered. Your work location will be in Bavdhan, Pune, for 3 days per week on a part-time basis. Additionally, you will be involved in facilitating group counselling sessions, workshops on mental health, and maintaining records of counselling services. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, experience in conducting workshops, and proficiency in MS Office.
