Job Description

-Experience: Minimum 4 years of exp in copy editing
-Industry preference: Any digital or publishing industry in Lifestyle and Entertainment
-Budget: 5 LPA to 7 LPA 
-Timing: 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST
-Week offs: Saturday and Sunday
-Reporting to: Deputy Manager-Content Marketing

Job Description:
-The Senior Photo Editor will be responsible for both basic and advanced-level editing as per the brand standards. The successful candidate will be able to select and edit photos for multiple brands websites and support the marketing team for all their image requirements. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality without compromising efficiency.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Selecting best featured couples/events from wedding and engagement events as per different brands requirements
-Selecting photos for featured and inspiration blogs and other website content and social media channels
-Creating and managing favorites photo library
-Working on talent member hiring assessment and creation of salesforce record
-Reviewing portfolios, determining the brand fitment as per guidelines, and moving the portfolios for next stage of processing
-Editing photos including resizing, retouching, color correction, straightening and cropping, unwanted background removal, etc.
-Doing headshot approvals and adding it to the portfolio
-Responding to talent members mails and doing follow ups, if and as required
-Selecting and editing images for albums, email marketing, and print collaterals, etc.
-Quality control to ensure imagery meets brand standards for all images related to marketing
-Image tagging and writing metadata 
-Maintain organization for file and digital asset management
-Facilitate time-sensitive vendor image requests
-Work on special projects or perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or manager

EXPERIENCE & EXECUTION ESSENTIALS:
The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of proven work experience as a photo editor BSc degree in photography, visual arts, digital media or related field will be an advantage
Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages (e.g. Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.) Exposure working with a digital marketing agency, advertising agency, or related business services is highly preferred, fashion industry Video Creation and Video Editing Skills will be a plus Good communication and writing skills, American English is preferred Creative and artistic mindset with eye for detail Ability to work independently and work in a collaborative environment Attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills  Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and drives for business results with urgency
