Your role involves driving digitalization and automation within the financial controlling and reporting processes of the IT Infrastructure Organization. This initiative aims to enhance transparency on cost structures and facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization. Key responsibilities include implementing a comprehensive IT financial management process globally. This includes assessing the current state, defining processes, conducting benchmarking, generating reports, and engaging stakeholders. You will be tasked with developing a reporting framework to clarify cost structures, charging mechanisms, consumption-driven IT costs, among others. Additionally, identifying and implementing digital solutions to automate controlling and reporting workflows will be crucial. You will support various projects and services by performing business case calculations, determining make-or-buy decisions, and promoting a culture of data-driven decision-making. Your role will involve facilitating zero-based budgeting initiatives and driving cost optimization measures to boost productivity. Collaboration with stakeholders such as IT management, Finance, Procurement, Strategy, service/product owners, and project managers will be integral. Qualifications for this role include a master's degree in business administration, business informatics, accounting, or a related field. You should possess extensive experience in implementing and operating IT financial management processes within globally active companies, with a preference for experience at Siemens Healthineers. Furthermore, proficiency in financial and data analytics tools like SAP modules FI and CO, PowerBI, etc., is essential. Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of German is advantageous for operating effectively in the international work environment. A strong IT background and understanding of technologies and processes in global IT organizations are valuable assets. Strong planning and organizational skills are necessary for efficiently supporting stakeholders in a global IT setting. Effective communication of value across IT, Finance, and Business domains is a key competency for this role.,
