Documentation & Strategy: Maintain and update technical documentation to align with product updates and organizational standards. Develop content strategies for product launches, updates, and marketing campaigns. Quality Assurance: Ensure technical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines. Conduct peer reviews and edits to ensure high-quality deliverables. Research & Trends: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance content relevance and engagement. Conduct market research to understand target audience preferences. Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 6 years in technical content writing, preferably in the software, IT, or technology domain. Education: Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of grammar and technical writing standards .Must have exp for saas based product writing Analytical Skills: Ability to distill complex information into user-friendly content tailored for diverse audiences.
