Job Description
As a Business Analyst responsible for WorkForce Software (WFS) Suite implementations, your main role will involve gathering and identifying customer business requirements from various stakeholders. This includes creating and maintaining business requirement documents, use cases, and process diagrams. You will also be tasked with configuring the WFS Suite according to customer needs, ensuring correct naming conventions, customizing templates, and troubleshooting settings. Your responsibilities will also include writing complex formulas, performing unit and system testing, estimating work effort accurately, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation. Additionally, you will assist customers with software testing, data loads, and system initialization, while addressing customer requirements in a professional and timely manner. To excel in this role, you should have a preferred degree or diploma, along with at least 2 years of experience in WorkForce Software implementations. Knowledge of generating process documentation, requirement gathering, solution designing, and configuring on the Workforce Software platform is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, technical writing skills, and familiarity with business applications such as Excel or DBMS systems will also be beneficial.
