Experience: 5-10 years

Location: Bangalore, Pune, Kolkata, Gurgaon, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with internal and client teams to develop and implement Digital Supply Chain Solutions
• Work closely with client and technical team to gather business requirement for technology like SAP, Ariba, Coupa or Kinaxis
• Managing Stakeholders from the Country level to Global level on daily basis
• Identify challenges and risks of running such programs and mitigation steps
• Analyze and interpret Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and convert them into Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) with detailed mappings of Relevant SAP/ERP tables, required fields and data types, joining conditions and relationships, Functional acceptance criteria
• Design and validate data models and integration flows between planning engines and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and document user journeys, ensuring intuitive and efficient workflows.
• Provide expert-level guidance on manufacturing processes, inventory management, demand planning, and procurement strategies.
• Maintain a strong understanding of SAP/ERP data structures, including MM, PP, SD
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience
• Communicating all the stakeholders in both written and oral communication with internal and client team by capturing all the points of the meeting and requirements

Skill Required:

• A strong and demonstrated interest in consulting specially in large and complex scenarios
• Prior experience in driving client engagements and programs. Experience in dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis and managing client interactions independently.
• Experience in Building complex Data Model as per client requirements
