In this role, you will collaborate closely with leaders from various functions such as IT, HR, Finance, F&A Capability, Research & Analytics, and more, applying a data-driven approach to identify and prioritize strategic projects and programs. You will be responsible for making Go/No-Go recommendations to the executive leadership team to facilitate decision-making processes. Your key responsibilities will include managing program activities related to scope, financials (including business case and budget), resourcing (such as FTE, roles and responsibilities, utilization), timeline, tollgates, and risks. Furthermore, you will drive effective governance, tracking, communication, and change management to ensure the successful execution of projects. As part of transformation initiatives, you will lead thought leadership efforts focusing on breakthrough approaches through collaboration, change management, innovation, and the adoption of integrated tools for business transformation initiatives that deliver significant value creation at the enterprise level in terms of ROI-driven business outcomes. You will be accountable for owning and delivering contractual commitments and achieving targets aligned with the BU strategy on transformation. Additionally, exposure to RPA technologies, Hyper-automation, Data Visualization and Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, and Design Thinking will be valuable assets in this role.
