Senior construction Manager - Precast

• Production planning and scheduling:

  • Collaborate with production teams to create detailed production schedules for precast concrete components based on project requirements and delivery deadlines. 
    
    
  • Allocate tasks to yard crew, including crane operators, ground crew, and detailers, based on workload and skillset. 
    
    
• Quality control:

  • Conduct regular quality checks on precast concrete components to ensure compliance with specifications and industry standards. 
    
    
  • Monitor curing processes and identify any potential quality issues. 
    
    
  • Address quality concerns and implement corrective actions when necessary. 
    
    
• Yard operations management:

  • Optimize yard space by effectively storing and organizing precast concrete components. 
    
    
  • Manage the movement of precast components within the yard using cranes and other lifting equipment. 
    
    
  • Coordinate loading and unloading of trucks to ensure efficient delivery schedules. 
    
    
• Safety compliance:

  • Enforce strict safety protocols within the yard to prevent accidents and injuries. 
    
    
  • Conduct regular safety training sessions for yard crew. 
    
    
  • Monitor work areas for potential hazards and address safety concerns promptly. 
    
    
• Inventory management:

  • Maintain accurate records of all precast concrete components in the yard. 
    
    
  • Track inventory levels and identify potential stock shortages. 
    
    
  • Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely replenishment of inventory. 
    
    
• Staff supervision:

  • Lead and motivate the yard crew to achieve production goals and maintain high standards.

• Maintenance and repairs:
