Job Description
As a Senior Complaints Associate at Tide, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient and effective resolution of all complaints while providing excellent customer service. You will monitor and track complaint resolution metrics, develop policies and procedures for handling complaints, investigate root causes of issues, and manage escalated complaints. Collaboration with various departments and stakeholders is essential to maintain consistency in handling complaints. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, have at least 5 years of experience in complaints resolution and liasoning, demonstrate leadership abilities, and exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You must be well-organized, capable of handling multiple tasks, and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Experience in NBFC/Fintech is preferred.
