As a Client Relations Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong client relationships. You will serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, identifying and assessing their needs to provide suitable solutions. Monitoring client satisfaction levels and implementing improvement initiatives will also be crucial aspects of your role. In addition, you will be expected to provide regular updates and reports to clients regarding service performance and value. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, tracking and reporting on client metrics, and maintaining a comprehensive database of products and project locations will be part of your daily tasks. Enhancing client relationships through optimized integration and rapport-building will also be essential. Furthermore, you will play a key role in helping to design, document, and maintain system processes. Reporting on common sources of technical issues or questions and providing recommendations to the sales team will be vital in ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in any field - 2 to 4 years of experience in customer/client relations - Strong communication skills in English Location: Calicut, Kerala This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as cell phone and internet reimbursement, paid sick time, paid time off, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
