Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and client-focused Senior Client Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, understanding their business needs, ensuring successful service delivery, and identifying opportunities to grow the account. Ability to speak in Hindi and English. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams. Ensure client satisfaction and manage expectations effectively. Account Growth & Retention: Understand client goals, business challenges, and industry trends. Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities. Drive renewals and long-term account retention strategies. Coordination & Delivery Oversight: Coordinate with internal teams (projects, support, product) to ensure timely and successful delivery. Monitor the quality of deliverables and ensure they align with client expectations. Handle escalations and resolve issues quickly. Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates and performance reports to clients. Conduct review meetings and feedback sessions. Maintain documentation of account activities, meetings, and communications. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 4-6 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or customer success roles. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Ability to manage a small team of client executives Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace. HubSpot) and MS Office/Google Workspace.
