Key Responsibilities: Menu Planning and Preparation: Design and prepare menus for events ensuring variety, quality, and customer preferences. Team Management: Lead a team of kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations during events. Assign tasks, supervise preparation, and maintain a high standard of kitchen hygiene and food safety. Quality Control: Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards. Oversee food storage, preparation, and cooking processes to maintain food quality and safety. Collaboration with Event Planners: Work closely with event coordinators and clients to understand specific culinary requirements for each event. Requirements: Graduate from Institute of Hotel Management (IHM) or any other recognized culinary institution.
