The role at Believe involves driving communication, training, and adoption of key initiatives within the Finance organization. The incumbent will play a crucial role in supporting change initiatives in two main areas: 1. Change Management for Strategic Finance Projects: The incumbent will contribute to the success of Finance transformation initiatives by ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, training, and adoption. Responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing change strategies for Finance projects, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and adoption KPIs - Developing engaging training materials and communication deliverables such as tutorial videos, publications, and onboarding packs - Leading or supporting key change activities like information sessions, end-user training, feedback loops, and adoption tracking 2. Internal Communications Strategy: The incumbent will help define and implement the internal communication roadmap for the Finance team. Responsibilities include: - Driving content strategy and contributing to the monthly Finance Newsletter - Enhancing and maintaining the internal Finance communication platform - Designing and coordinating community engagement initiatives The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - 4 to 6 years of experience in change management, particularly in Finance or corporate functions - PROSCI Certification - Hands-on experience with digital content creation tools - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to manage resistance and drive adoption in complex environments - Proficiency in change management methodologies and tools - Comfort working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment - Familiarity with Finance processes and terminology Interested applicants with a Master's degree and relevant certifications can apply by emailing their resumes to chandani.veera@believe.com or contacting us at +91 9987373636.
