Grow business in Paints/Coatings applications with existing/new customers with existing/new products and create partnership with target customers in providing solutions. Increase of Specialty Black sales volume and contribution and establish as a preferred partner. Key Results Area: To drive business growth plan set till FY30 in Paints/Coatings. Lead new business development in India and International Market. Product approvals to Paints/Coatings customers. To resolve customer complaint within stipulated time. New product development.
