Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-Learning Business Development Manager to oversee and lead a team of 5 Business Development Executives (BDEs) in the e-learning industry. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Malayalam and possess exceptional leadership, communication, and sales skills. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 5Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets and objectives. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's presence in the e-learning market. Prepare regular reports and updates on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights for management review. Additional Information: Avodha Edutech offers low ticket size products, with the ticket price set at Rs 3800. Fluency in Telugu is required for this role. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of success in sales and business development, preferably in the e-learning industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English required.
