Job Description
We are looking for a high-performing Senior Business Development Associate to help us grow our customer base in the working professional segment. You will be responsible for driving sales of our flagship upskilling programs in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Full Stack Development targeted at mid-level and senior professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Conversion & Sales Closure:
Handle warm leads generated through marketing and nurture them through the sales funnel.
Conduct detailed counseling sessions with working professionals and understand their career goals and learning needs.
Close high-ticket sales for upskilling courses and ensure maximum enrollments.
Consultative Selling:
Offer personalized course suggestions based on candidate profiles, current roles, and aspirations.
Build long-term relationships with prospects by acting as a trusted career advisor.
Market Understanding:
Stay updated with current industry trends in AI, ML, Data Science, Full Stack Development, etc.
Understand the competitive landscape and positioning of our programs in the market.
Collaboration:
Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment of campaigns and user experience.
Provide feedback for improving sales scripts, lead quality, and product offerings.
Performance & Target Management:
Achieve weekly/monthly revenue targets and track performance metrics using CRM tools.
Mentor junior BDA team members (if applicable) and help in training them on pitch, objection handling, and closure techniques.
