This individual contributor role requires a deep understanding of B2C/D2C environments, particularly within digital products. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize product performance, drive user engagement, and support strategic decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our products. Key Responsibilities: Data-Driven Insights: Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights that drive business growth, user engagement, and retention. User Behavior Analysis: Develop deep insights into customer journeys, user engagement patterns, and conversion funnels to enhance product and marketing strategies. Technical Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Python to monitor key performance metrics. Experimentation & A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate product hypotheses and improve feature effectiveness. Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Work with stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, assess potential risks, and provide data-backed recommendations. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, marketing, growth, and engineering teams to ensure alignment of business and product goals. Market & Competitive Research: Conduct thorough market research to track industry trends, competitor movements, and customer expectations. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose automation or analytical solutions to enhance efficiency. Requirements: Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a B2C/D2C product-based startup. Strong Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python (preferred), Google Analytics, and data visualization tools. Data Interpretation & Modeling: Experience in cohort analysis, funnel optimization, churn analysis, and predictive analytics. User-Centric Mindset: Ability to derive customer insights and apply them to product and marketing strategies. Advanced Analytics Knowledge: Exposure to machine learning models, regression analysis, and statistical techniques is a plus. Excellent Communication: Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business recommendations and present findings to stakeholders. Agility & Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and work independently. Preferred Qualifications: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar analytics platforms. Exposure to growth hacking strategies and digital marketing analytics.
