As a Bot Developer at Phoebus AI, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining chatbots on SAAS platforms such as Yellow.ai. Your role will involve writing prompts, designing and building bot flows, creating and managing bot data, and troubleshooting bot issues. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Agentic AI team and engage with customers to ensure effective development and deployment of bots. Your key responsibilities will include working closely with customers on-site at their office premise in Mumbai, writing GenAI prompts, designing and building bot flows tailored to customer needs, troubleshooting bot issues in coordination with customers, staying updated on the latest bot development trends, and collaborating with the Conversational AI team to enhance the bot platform. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of total experience, with at least 1 year of experience in chatbot development. Proficiency in node.js and API integrations, as well as experience with mongoDB and elastic search, are essential. Familiarity with chatbot SAAS platforms like Yellow.ai is a plus. Knowledge of GenAI prompts, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team are also required.
