- Delivering a best-in-class self-service data platform
- Removing barriers to adoption through continual refinement of the product offering
- Improving processes and applying best practices
- Ensuring that all infrastructure is easy to deploy, scalable, secure and fault-tolerant
- 24x7x365 on-call support (we always seek to ensure our platform is self-healing, but it happens)
General Skills
- Configuration management of everything as code using Git
- Strong proficiency in at least one of the Power shell, Python
- Good Knowledge of Linux\Unix
- Good understanding of file transfer algorithms and concepts
- Best practice expertise in naming conventions and workflow process definition
- Continually improve DevOps practice and tools to deliver a robust GoAnywhere
- Familiarity with monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Elastic, SCOM, BAM
Mandatory Skills
- Experience in System Administration, Application Support & PKI.
- Must have hands-on experience on SFTP\FTP\HTTPS tools like GoAnywhere \ Global Scape MFT
- Azure(Dev Ops), practical implementation for automation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer support skills.
- At some point, should have worked on either Biztalk, MQ or GoAnywhere (any messaging tool or FTP tool)
- Hands-on experience on Incident Management tools like Service-Now, BMC Remedy etc.

- Knowledge of encryption\decryption mechanism etc.
- Experience in Ciphers, key-exchange , hash-code
