The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business through online bidding platforms and helping expand the client base by securing new projects. Job Responsibilities Identify potential clients and projects on platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and others. Write effective and customized project proposals based on client requirements. Interact with clients, understand their needs, and communicate project details to the technical team. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with company capabilities. Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities and follow up regularly with prospects. Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services. Generate reports on bidding performance and conversion rates.
