Job Description
Key Responsibilities Own and lead the development lifecycle of all AI products. Coordinate cross-functional sprint teams (AI/ML, Dev, QA, UI/UX, SMEs). Define and monitor project KPIs, milestones, and risk mitigation plans. Conduct Agile ceremonies: daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives. Ensure delivery adheres to high performance, quality, and security standards. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience managing complex tech or SaaS projects. Strong background in technologies and sprint-based delivery. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Gantt planning, and roadmaps. Exposure to AI/ML projects, ideally in insurance or financial domains. Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to align tech and business.
