Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer to join our IT team and help us build scalable, high-performance backend systems. You will play a key role in designing and implementing robust APIs, microservices, and data management layers that power our products. As a senior team member, you are expected to bring technical leadership, best practices, and mentorship to the team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance CRM backend systems and services Build and consume RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL endpoints Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, DevOps, and QA Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers Design and maintain database schemas, write efficient queries (SQL/NoSQL) Work with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) Participate in system architecture design and decision-making Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 2-3 + years of experience in backend development with proficiency in languages such as PHP, Node.js, Python, Java, Go, or Ruby Strong experience with relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis) Solid understanding of API design, authentication (OAuth2, JWT), and microservice architecture Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD) Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
