Role Description Position: Senior Automation Engineer Industry: Electrical Control Panel Manufacturing Location: Waluj, Chh.Sambhajinagar Experience Required: 8-10 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical/ Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering Key Responsibilities: Design and develop automation solutions for electrical control panels using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems. Prepare detailed control system architecture, I/O lists, and wiring diagrams. Program and configure PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.) and develop HMI/SCADA applications. Perform FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) of automation systems. Coordinate with electrical design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth integration of automation components. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation hardware and software. Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and electrical codes (e.g., IEC, NEC). Develop user manuals, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians on automation systems. Stay up to date with emerging technologies in industrial automation and recommend improvements. Key Skills Required: 810 years of hands-on experience in automation within the electrical control panel industry. Strong knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc.). Experience with HMI/SCADA development (WinCC, Wonderware, FactoryTalk, etc.). Good understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, and control panel layouts. Experience with communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.). Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and sensor integration. Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical and related software. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and project coordination abilities.,
