Job Title: Manager Senior Associate/Scrum Master Location: Pune Experience: 6-9 years Job Type: Full-time Job Description We are looking for an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our Technology team supporting Banking initiatives. As a Scrum Master, you will play a critical role in enabling Agile delivery, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring the successful execution of complex, large-scale initiatives across banking products and platforms. Key Responsibilities Champion and uphold Agile and Scrum values, principles, and best practices within cross-functional teams. Facilitate all Scrum events (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure time-boxing and productivity. Identify, track, and resolve team-level impediments and dependencies to maintain a smooth delivery flow. Coach teams in self-organization, continuous improvement, and Agile maturity, enabling delivery of high-quality business value. Support teams in achieving sprint goals, creating meaningful increments, and aligning with broader program objectives. Partner with stakeholders and product owners to ensure clear requirements and transparent communication. Maintain accurate and up-to-date metrics using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. Promote Agile culture, servant leadership, and a continuous learning environment. Domain Knowledge Solid understanding of Capital Markets, Asset Management, Budget Management, Finance and relevant banking processes. Working knowledge of SEPA and ISO 20022 standards is preferred. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 69 years of total experience, with 3+ years specifically as a Scrum Master. Prior hands-on technical experience or working closely with engineering teams is a plus. Proficient in using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other collaboration platforms. Familiarity with advanced Agile practices such as SAFe, XP, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, and Agile Metrics.,
