Job Description
As a Senior Associate Talent Acquisition, your role is crucial in shaping and executing the hiring strategy across key functions, particularly in Marketing, Strategy, and Product. You will be establishing trusted relationships with senior leadership while focusing on building and owning the hiring strategy, creating high-quality talent pipelines, and managing complex stakeholder relationships with speed, structure, and clarity in a dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include developing and driving the talent acquisition strategy for critical functions, collaborating closely with senior business leaders to understand talent requirements and proactively translating them into a hiring strategy. You will be accountable for end-to-end hiring for critical and niche roles across various business functions, building and sustaining a high-quality talent pipeline utilizing diverse sourcing strategies, talent intelligence, and market insights. Utilizing data to monitor hiring health, identifying bottlenecks, and adjusting recruitment plans proactively will be essential. Additionally, you will be responsible for constructing dashboards and presenting hiring health metrics to leadership regularly, as well as championing the candidate experience to ensure speed, transparency, and engagement throughout all touchpoints. To excel in this role, you should possess 3-8 years of core talent acquisition experience, preferably in Internet, AdTech, or high-growth tech/startup environments. Deep expertise in hiring for marketing, product, analytics, and business strategy roles is required. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for influencing at senior levels. With a strong business acumen, you should grasp team structures and organizational evolution. A proactive, data-driven, and detail-oriented approach to recruitment operations is vital, coupled with high organizational, analytical, and execution-driven capabilities, operating with ownership, clarity, and determination.
