As an Analyst II under general supervision, you will provide exceptional customer service to individuals with vehicles in need of repairs. Your responsibilities will include inspecting vehicle damage, writing damage repair estimates, negotiating settlements with repair facilities, estimating repair times for rental/loss of use, and more.
