Job Role:- Manage Data Entry for various transactions on different ERPs ex (SAP, WorkDay) Audit Self work & teamwork when needed SOP creation and maintaining audit compliance Strong communication skills Maintain the required SLAs in terms of TAT and Accuracy Basic hygiene of following the Goals and achieving the same Ability to work with a diverse group of employees and individuals Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Demonstrate Customer Orientation Ability to answer inquiries on own initiative by effective use of relevant written data and information Supports peers by reviewing work to ensure zero errors in work. Engages in professional development to continuously grow in profession and remain current. Strong interpersonal people management skills & client management skill. Responds to all requests and communications in a timely and thorough manner. Meets 100% of external deadlines.
